Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and linguistically adept professionals to join our International Customer Support team. This role is ideal for candidates with exceptional communication skills, ensuring seamless and impactful interactions with global customers. Preference will be given to graduates in Fashion Technology who bring relevant expertise and passion for the industry. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers via phone, email, and chat. Exhibit exceptional English language proficiency, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction. Actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. Effectively communicate complex information in a customer-friendly manner. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Stay informed about company products, policies, and best practices to provide accurate information. Meet performance standards, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve escalated issues. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Fashion Technology or a related field (preferred). Language Skills: Flawless English communication skillsboth verbal and written. Ability to adapt tone and style to suit different customer personas and regions. Additional language proficiency is a plus. Experience: Prior experience in international customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Key Traits: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
