  • Designs buying channel framework that aligns category strategies with guided rules to drive users toward preferred and compliant choices (both direct and indirect purchases).
  • Develops standardized processes for spend compliance across categories, ensuring consistency in policies, controls, and Reporting (including the framework for tail spend).
  • Implements digital front door for business to engage procurement on sourcing, contracts, and supplier onboarding requests.
  • Defines and designs catalog structures, including categorization, taxonomy, and supplier content standards.
  • Ensures industry best practice IT solutions are used in the process design.

Accountable for elevating user experience, driving policy compliance, and aligning with broader category and compliance strategies. Strong expertise in R2P processes and procurement platforms is required.
