Blockbench modelling for Minecraft mod

I'm part of a team developing a Minecraft mod that adds dinosaurs into the game. I'm looking for a 3D modeller / graphic designer to help create the dinosaur models in the block-based 3D-modelling software called Blockbench.

The initial deliverable will be a model (and texture) of a triceratops. There is prior art in this space that has been open-sourced you will use for inspiration that I will provide to you.
