We welcome all healthcare professionals to join our thriving community and contribute to our pursuit for clinical excellence.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>Strong observational skills and attention to detail - Ability to remain focused in a distraction-free environment - Clear and professional verbal communication skills - Basic computer literacy; ability to operate monitoring technology - Ability to follow escalation and safety protocols.</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Monitor multiple patients simultaneously via the Artisight AI-enabled camera system from a centralized monitoring station within the hospital or a secure remote location.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Recognize and respond to unsafe patient behaviors such as attempts to exit the bed, remove medical devices, or leave the room.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Verbally redirect patients using two-way audio communication when appropriate.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Activate escalation protocols and promptly notify unit nursing staff when intervention is needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Maintain continuous visual monitoring to ensure patient safety and document events per policy.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Collaborate with bedside nurses, charge nurses, and the Admission/Discharge/Transfer (ADT) Virtual RN to ensure appropriate patient monitoring.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Report changes in patient condition or unsafe behaviors promptly to the care team.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Document all significant observations, interventions, and communications in the monitoring software or EMR, as required.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Operate and troubleshoot Artisight virtual monitoring equipment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Respond to AI-generated alerts and adjust observation focus accordingly.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Ensure cameras are positioned appropriately for maximum visibility and privacy compliance.</span></li><li><p><span style="font-size:17.0px;">Participate in ongoing competency training and technology updates.</span></p><p> </p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">BLS (CPR) Required</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">High School Diploma or equivalent.</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">CNA, PST, Medical assistant, monitor technician, or Patient Care experience preferred.</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Prior healthcare and patient sitting experience preferred.</span></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>Benefits</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">We believe in the physical and mental well-being of our employees and are committed to offering comprehensive benefits that fit their personal needs.
