About the position

Requirements

  • Five years directly related work experience (in sales, retirement consulting and/or relationship management)
  • Existing and/or the ability to create strong relationships with key consulting firms and their internal decision makers
  • In-depth knowledge of retirement plan markets and investment solutions
  • Ability to communicate via multiple channels and build strong business relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, via air travel, train, and/or automobile to various states to attend meetings with key parties within assigned distribution channels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines
  • Strong track record of achieving business development targets
  • Ability and desire to help develop internal partners with talent development and training
  • Ability to create a strategic business plan to drive new sales opportunities
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
